We have just come back from Hoi an trails resort and spa in Vietnam, this was our 4th visit to this hotel, it was so nice to have such a welcome back from ALL the staff at the hotel, Van the hotel owner is brilliant, he listens to what you have to say so he can improve and make you stay more enjoyable, Minh at reception is also brilliant, nothing is too much trouble,Tina in the Banana bar always makes time to speak to you. We would highly recommend this hotel, we stay for 2 weeks at a time and we relax and chill out, it is a peaceful place to go
